In the case of receiving Curriculum Vitae from applicants (“Candidates”) for internships or job positions through the Website or other websites, the data will be used to assess the suitability of candidates for such positions.
The Candidate authorizes HaciendasBio to analyze: (i) the Candidate’s information accessible through internet search engines, (ii) profiles maintained on professional social networks, (iii) data obtained from entry tests, and (iv) information disclosed during the job interview, to evaluate their application and potentially offer them a position.

In general: (a) to notify users of changes to our services, (b) to invite users to participate in interactive activities, and (c) to allow HaciendasBio or other companies in the HaciendasBio Group to provide Users with information about products and services that may be of interest to them or to contact them for feedback. HaciendasBio will retain personal data as follows: (i) until the user’s request for information has been resolved, (ii) until the user unsubscribes from any service provided by HaciendasBio, or (iii) in the case of Candidates, for a maximum of six months to be considered for future vacancies unless the candidate states otherwise. HaciendasBio may retain personal data for a longer period if required by law.
